scattered

found here

My thoughts scatter
like the seeds
that so deeply
want to be planted

To be
 grounded
and
 sustainable
like the redwoods
as they parallel their way
up to the light that beams
down through them

Instead
of finding
their way
to somewhere
 grand
my thoughts
 scatter
 like the dust
in my home
settling
 briefly
only to
be stirred up
again.

  4. mmmmmm.....may they land exactly when
    and where
    they'll grow
    the best.
Maybe the air-time is a part of their story,
    of your journey,
    that is most necessary:)
    gentleness and grace,
